Much like most people, Gene and Cheryl were hurt by religion. Though their hearts were all in for Jesus, they vowed to never get involved in religion ever again. In October of 2017, they gathered a few folks that were in a similar situation and after a few conversations, Radical Change Ministry was born.

Hailing from Fairmont, West Virginia, Pastor Gene Hawkins comes from a Pentecostal/ Charismatic background. With over 25 years in ministry, he’s witnessed and participated in revivals and wants to see it again. His primary goal in the ministry is to equip the saints.

Raised in Harriman, New York, Pastor Cheryl Hawkins has a child-like love for God. Her creativity brings a warmth and sense of belonging to everyone that walks through the doors of the church. Her mission in life is to get closer to God with every day that passes.
Kim James

Holy Spirit impressed upon Kim the importance of Faith right out of the gate. She became hungry to be led and learn about how standing in agreement with God’s promises and blessings sets us in positions to be the creatures God created us to be. She studied and got rooted and grounded in her spirit the authority and dominion that The Word provides us to be these people that God intended for us to be. She tries to encourage the body and to let all know that she will stand in agreement with you and for you in Jesus Name!!
